Shipping Policy:
UPS is our preferred provider. We will utilize the US Postal Service for shipments outside the US, and to APO/FPO addresses. Shipping rates are determined by zip code and weight. Our site is formulated to calculate these charges based on the options you choose. Expedited shipping is available. For international/APO/FPO, please use the UPS Ground option.
APO and FPO shipments — will be routed Parcel Post Insured, with a maximum size of 130 inches (length plus girth) and a maximum weight of 70 pounds.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday with the exception of the days on which the following holidays are observed: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day.
All orders are shipped complete whenever possible. In the event that an item is backordered, we will ship your in stock items immediately, and ship any remaining items as soon as they come in.
Airflow, Inc items are shipped FBO California, and will be shipped ground via common carrier unless otherwise specified.
We will do our best on every occasion to ship your item same day whenever possible.
Returns Policy
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within sixty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. No Returns after 60 days of purchase.
Should you decide to return or exchange any item, please contact us to obtain an RMA number. Return the item prepaid, with the RMA number clearly marked, and we will process your return/exchange immediately.
